Welcome To The Green Heart Of The Province

Chilliwack, a city of almost 80,000 people, is located to the East of Vancouver and is nestled in the arms of the Upper Fraser Valley with Fraser River to the North and Vedder River to the South of the city. In terms of scenery it's hard not to be impressed no matter where you look with both Mount Cheam and Slesse Mountain providing incredible scenes almost regardless of where you live in the city.

Chilliwack Real Estate is comprised of the usual selection of attached homes, detached homes, condos, apartments and luxury homes but because of the agricultural heritage of the area there are also a lot of converted grain silos coming onto the market. In terms of overall property prices, a standard single family detached house for sale in Chilliwack start at the $350,000 price point, although properties in the low $300k range are proving to be the most popular.
